STEP 1 : GET THE SCHEDULE

Click Vessel Schedule to get the vessel schedule or Contact us at 03-31656077 to get vessel ETD & ETA.

STEP 2 : PREPARE DOCUMENTS

1. Scan Copy of Registration of Certificate for Vehicle / Vehicle Grant (front page and back page) and save it as pdf file.
2. Scan Copy of Owner IC as stated inside the vehicle grant (front and back page) and save it as pdf file.
3. Scan Bank Consent Letter – If the vehicle is still under loan. Please request bank permission letter from bank which is funding your car loan and save it as pdf file.
4. Make sure the document is clearly scanned especially the chassis number & engine number on the vehicle's grant.

STEP 3 : MAKE A BOOKING

1. Fill in the Make a Booking form (No fee is charged for booking).
2. Please make a Booking at least 4 working days before shipping date.
3. Upon Booking, please upload Scan Copy of Vehicle Grant, Owner IC, Bank Permission Letter.
4. Please notify us in detail if you have any personal items to ship together inside your car.

STEP 4 : PREPARE YOUR CAR

1. Please ensure that your car tire pressure is sufficient and not puncture.
2. Please be sure to leave some fuel in your car oil tank.
3. To avoid losing your item, you are advised to dissemble and keep all accessories such as audio tweeter and so on.
4. You are advised not to leave anything in your car except the items you intentionally sent along with your car as a Personal Effect. This item needs to be declared.

*Goods in cars / Personal Effect

There is no additional cost if you want to bring the item in the vehicle you want to send. Customers are fully responsible for the goods they carry. The conditions of loading the goods in the vehicle are as follows:

• Items must NOT be illegal. (Drugs, firearms, weapons, explosive)
• Items must NOT be harmful (fuel or firecrackers) and high risk (jewellery, hand phone, laptop or money)
• Items can ONLY be filled on back seat and rear bonnet.
• It is not advisable to carry too much load up beyond the front seat.
• If your vehicle is fitted with valuable accessories such as p.am, pre amp, tweeter, please uninstall and store it in the box to prevent loss.
• Only two methods are allowed to carry the item in the vehicle i.e. inserting the items in BOX or BEG only.
• Customers should arrange items in an orderly and neat manner.
• The safest way to packing personal effect is to include all the items in the bag/box. Then the bag/box is wrapped in plastic wrapper several times.

STEP 5 : SEND YOUR CAR

1. Please send your vehicles to us one or two days earlier than the date of the shipment to our company at Port Klang.
2. The company will provide delivery document / Survey Report and Receipt of Payment.
3. Full payment methods can be made through online payment on the day car ready to ship. If payment done through online method, please e-mail the payment slip.

STEP 6 : COMPLETE

1. We will contact you to take the vehicle that has been sent.
2. Make sure you receive a customs form K3 together with your vehicle.
3. Collect your car. Done!
